After months of work, workshops, and numerous conversations among collaborators at the different subsidiaries, we presented our new brand, which is evolving along with the company’s purpose: “To create value for the evolution of humanity, through projects developed by people who are concerned with the Earth’s well-being.”
With this, we turned over a new leaf for our organization, which involved each of the collaborators at Molymet and its subsidiaries, who carry out their daily work with a pride and passion that are fundamental and impact the different industries and companies around the world.
María Inés Gómez, Vice President of Corporate HR and Communications, tells us about this transformation process. “The launch of our New Brand and Purpose marks a milestone that we have been working on together with all of the subsidiaries. The tremendous efforts made resulted in our new image and purpose, which is now a part of all people who make up our company and all audiences that connect to.
During 2019, we held workshops with collaborators at the Chile and Mexico subsidiaries, in addition to an internal campaign that used different communications media and activities to present the meaning behind this change, inviting all collaborators to make this purpose their own and the guiding light behind all that we do.
The change process evolved once the Purpose was validated. In this way, the company saw the need to update its brand identity, incorporating a new logo, font, and color palette.
After months of hard work, today we have a fresh new brand identity, and this evolution will help the company become more connected to the reality of all who comprise the company and the society in which we live in. “I want to thank all who participated, as well as the ongoing support we have received in each of the different phases of this great transformation,” adds Maria Ines Gomez.
Another milestone in the brand evolution was the launch of the latest 91st edition of the corporate magazine of Molymet and its subsidiaries, which was renewed in its design, structure, and contents.
This communication channel is essential to the company, as it allows us to stay up-to-date on our business and the work of subsidiaries, and to understand the role that collaborators play across the different activities and trainings held each year.
“This upgrade comes hand-in-hand with the new challenges we face as an organization. The change in our image and new purpose will be part of everything we do from here on out,” highlights Maria Ines Gomez.
At this time, the latest edition of the magazine was distributed in printed and digital format, for the purpose of further strengthening online information channels.
