In July, Molynor participated in the measurement of the People with Disabilities Inclusion Index, an instrument designed by the National Disability Service (SENADIS), and executed by the AVANZA Inclusion foundation, framed within the Program to Support the Labor Inclusion of People with Disabilities.
The objective of this tool is to strengthen the competencies of work teams in compliance with Law No. 21,015, through the design and execution of training processes.
Esteban Toledo, Assistant Manager of Personnel and SSO, tells us about the company’s participation in this program. “It is fundamental for organizations to perform diagnostics and understand our reality, because as we manage to shed light on our opportunities for improvement, we can prioritize our efforts.”
In this context, Molynor obtained excellent results in terms of its internal policies, culture, and organizational best practices, with respect to labor inclusion. “It is important to remain committed, not only to complying with the Labor Inclusion Law, must also to keep moving towards a more inclusive organizational culture and respect for diversity,” adds Toledo.
For Molynor, the next steps are to dig deeper into inclusive policies and practices aimed at the diversity and inclusion of all collaborators.
“I want to thank the entire executive team for its support. Through its responsible leadership and commitment to inclusion, we have obtained these results in a very short period, understanding that we still have a long road ahead of us,” says Toledo.
